| TCT: The Competitors Tour Pre-registration is recommended for all TCT competitors. You can turn them in to us and we can send them all in together with one check for all. Please make your checks out to us. The next tournament is Oct 10&11. Pre-registrations for this tournament are due on Sept 24th & 25th. Additional competition training will be offered Thursday nights at the SPA from 6:30-8:00pm. This is for registered TCT competitors only. Chasity Ellis 713-6372, Anthony Donkel 638-3239, and Chris Parrish 828-244-1383 Contact them
for times and prices.

10 to 11am and is open to Foothills MVKC students ages 10 and up .Class Instructor 1st Dan Anthony
Donkel & Mr. Donkel. Classes will cover Conditioning, Cardio, Stretching, Kata and Self Defense.
Spa students may attend at a fee of $5.00 per class (payable monthly)and must check in at Foothills
front desk.

| Oktoberfest We will have a booth at Oktoberfest (Oct 10-12) again this year. We will be looking for volunteers to help run the booth. Sensei and the TCT team will be in Columbia that weekend at the TCT banquet. It is a fun and successful way to advertise our school to the community. | 2009 Competition Team There will be a meeting on Wednesday Sept 10 @ 6:00pm at the Foothills Dojo for anyone interested in being on the 2009 Team MVKC. This is going to be the biggest and best yet!
